Bikram Yoga Natomas is located just off the I-5 Freeway, about 5 minutes outside the historic Old Town Sacramento and equal distance from the Sacramento International Airport. Natomas, a suburb of Sacramento boasts a populations of over 70,000 and until now did not have a studio dedicated to the practice of Hatha Yoga. Bikram Yoga is now available for the Natomas community, surrounding areas, visitors and friends. Bikram is a 90 minute class that works the entire body. Conducted in a room heated to 105 degrees/45% humidity, students do 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that work all the major systems and forces these systems to work together; cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, lymphatic, central nervous, digestive and musculoskeletal. Each posture is done twice, building & preparing the body for the next.
