Conducted in a room heated to 105 degrees/45% humidity, students do 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that work all the major systems and forces these systems to work together; cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, lymphatic, central nervous, digestive and musculoskeletal. Each posture is done twice, building & preparing the body for the next.
