Bikram Method Hatha Yoga, "The Original Hot Yoga", is a sequence of 26 stretching postures, or asanas, and 2 breathing exercises practices in a heated room. Each asana is a challenge based on one's personal abilities. This series has been carefully designed by Bikram Choudhury, to work the entire body systematically.
